Parsley and Rosemary Potato Wedges

Welcome foodies, these mouth-watering crispy herbed wedges are to die for! Be sure to give this recipe a go, you will not regret it. Personally they're a family favourite, simple to make, yet come out tasting fantastic!

 

Ingredients-

- 7 small potatoes/ or 4 large potatoes

- 80g (or 1/2 a cup) of butter

- 2 tbsp of parsley

- 4 stems of rosemary


How to-


1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius. Wash potatoes.

2. Boil potatoes in water on high for 15mins. Then strain potatoes and leave to cool.

3. Melt butter in a small bowl, then mix in parsley.



4. Cut potatoes into triangular thin slices and place slices on a baking tray. Drizzle butter and parsley mixture over potatoes.

5. Place rosemary stems on top of potatoes and bake for 45mins.
