Welcome foodies, here's another fresh, healthy, easy and tasty meal that I love, Pesto Pasta! One of the key ingredients in this pesto pasta is pesto, check out my recipe for homemade pesto at: https://cookfood4funwithme.wixsite.com/foodieblog/post/homemade-pesto
Ingredients:
- Water (for boiling pasta)
- 2 balls of Tagliatelle Egg Noodle Pasta
- 1/4 cup of Homemade Pesto
- 1 tbsp of Water
- 1 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
How to:
Fill a saucepan 2/3 of the way with water and start to boil.
Once pasta is boiling, unravel balls with a fork gently.
Continue to boil until pasta is soft and fully cooked (around 10-15mins).
Drain and leave to cool.
Place pasta in a serving bowl.
Add pesto and water to bowl, combine until spread throughout pasta.
Sprinkle parmesan and any left over basil leaves on top of pesto pasta and...
