Welcome foodies, this vanilla bean Ice-cream is to die for!! I just can't get enough of it, ditch store bought ice-cream and switch to homemade deliciousness!
Ingredients-
- 1 can/ 410grams of Sweetened Condensed milk
- 2 cups/500ml of Thickened Whipping Cream
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1 vanilla bean pod (beans removed from pod)
How to-
1 Combine vanilla beans and cream.
2. Whip cream until it reaches stiff peaks form.
2. Then add condensed milk and milk, continue to whip until combined.
3. Pour ice-cream mixture into a baking tray or mould and smooth out.
4. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight
5. Before serving leave at room temperature for 5mins, in order for it to slightly soften.
6. Serve in a bowl or waffle cone with your chosen toppings!
