Capsicum Tacos!

Welcome foodies, to my first ever foodilicious blog post! I hope you give these capsicum tacos a go and no need to worry you don't have to be a professional chef as I have step by step instructions for this recipe. Feel free to pile as many toppings on top as you like!

Shopping List- makes-4

-2 Capsicums

- 500g of Beef mince

-Taco flavouring

Toppings (optional, you can add your own)-

-sour cream

-lettuce

-shredded cheese

-avocado (smashed)

-tomato (chopped)

How To-

Pre-heat oven to 185 degrees celsius (365 degrees fahrenheit). Cut both capsicums in half, cut off stem and scoop out seeds. Spray baking tray and line with foil. Place capsicums on tray. Spray capsicums with olive oil, cook in oven for 20 mins or until lightly crisp.

While the capsicums are cooking, spray frypan with oil to and add beef mince to frypan. Cook mince for 5 mins on medium heat, then mix in taco flavouring.

Continue cooking until mince is cooked through. Once capsicums and mince are cooked, we're ready to put our tacos together.

Now it's time to make our tacos come to life! Fill tacos with mince, melt cheese on top and get creative with your toppings.

Tip: Add jalapenos for an extra kick!

Now serve and ENJOY!
